My stay at the hotel was overall great! The rooms were clean and tidy with nice basic amenities, though late-night music from the main area could be heard until midnight. The service was excellent, offering drinks on the beach and being incredibly nice. The location, while perfect for beach access, was slightly impacted by some facility conditions. The dining experience offered a good spread for the money but might require additional payment for specific items.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious with good air conditioning, which was a plus. However, the service, especially the loud radio stations played by the maid during noon, was below average. The location was convenient, being a bit outside of Santa Marta City and close to the airport. The dining experience, while good with plenty of choice, required an additional fee for my child's breakfast.
The hotel is just a few steps away from the beach, making it super convenient, but the rooms were a bit of a letdown in terms of size and décor despite the higher room charges compared to others in the area.
